Welcome to InspectNet

InspectNet is designed to enable our customers to perform certain functions associated with permits issued by the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Inspections Division. At this site authorized users are able to:

Licensed Contractors: May purchase certain mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits; modify their account information; search for permit information by permit number, job address, block/lot number, or PIN; and schedule inspections.
Property Owners: (If acting as a contractor performing their own work) May modify their account information; search for permit information by permit number, applicant name, block/lot number, or PIN; and schedule inspections.
All Others: May only view permit information. Only licensed contractors may purchase permits on InspectNet. All others wishing to purchase permits may do so in person at the Inspections Division Office, City Hall South, 100 East First Street, Suite 328, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, 336-727-2624.
